• Production Time: As all items are custom-made, production takes 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Time: Orders are dispatched after production.

2.2 Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
• Islands and EU countries: 5-10 business days.
• International: 7-15 business days.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed during checkout.

2.4 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
